Video: “Start Now” With Arrow’s Colin Donnell

The CW today released a “Start Now” promotional video, in conjunction with Windows 8, which features Arrow’s Colin Donnell (Tommy Merlyn).

Within the video we get to hear his singing voice… and we also discover he has a tattoo. (Where? Check the video!)
