What is your favorite dynamic or relationship on the show so far?

CRAIG: I don’t know that it’s my *favorite* but I find the interaction between Oliver and Roy to be interesting, especially as it’s changing. My favorite, though, might be Thea and Malcolm, and the very few scenes we got between Malcolm and Oliver.

AR301a_0440bSTEPHANIE: It’s been wonderful seeing the relationship between Oliver and Roy grow into a friendship so different and much richer than the one Oliver had with Tommy.

Watching Felicity and Ray interact has been amusing. Their chemistry is amazing and they seem to have an understanding of one another more developed than one would expect since they’ve only known each other for a short period of time.

AR307b_0448bMATT: Ray and Felicity. And I don’t mean that just as a romantic possibility. There is humor and humanity there, and there is a gentleness frequently to their interactions that I think works very well for the show on the whole. Also, the dynamic between Oliver and Laurel has worked well. It’s not a romantic one right now, and it’s not adversarial. It’s a clash of approach on the same side, and it’s fiery.

DEREK: I adore Diggle and Lyla together. I desperately hope the whole Diggle family stays alive right up to the end.AR303b_0062b Felicity and Ray have wonderful banter, and whether or not their romance goes on further, I just like them as screen partners. On a smaller scale, I like Nyssa’s volatile relationship with Oliver; her goals and views allow her to work with them as an ally at points and be the villain at other points, and it’s never been out of character either way. It’s a very cool dynamic to have such a wild card of a character. And I want to see more of Malcolm interacting with absolutely everybody.

I do wish the dynamic of “The Calm,” with Team Arrow catching criminals with Quentin’s police force and then having Laurel prosecute them, had stayed longer. It was a genius idea to bring every aspect of the crimefighting together. But obviously having things be all hunky dory wouldn’t make for interesting TV.
