Paul Blackthorne On Arrow’s Goodbye, Mama Smoak & “Public Enemy”

We caught up with Paul Blackthorne (Quentin Lance) on the carpet for the 2015 PaleyFest in Hollywood a few weeks back, and since he spoke about tonight’s episode “Public Enemy,” now is the perfect time to share it.
