Kathleen Gati To Play “Raisa” In Arrow

Add Kathleen Gati to the list of actors appearing in the Arrow pilot.

The actress, who can count 24, Alphas, and a Transformers movie among her credits, will be playing “Raisa,” a member of the “house staff” at the Queen Mansion. Raisa and her husband, Ivan, are said to be “like grandparents” to Oliver. Once he is back home, Oliver surprises her at one point by speaking in Russian.
