Geoff Johns & A Villain Return For “Dead To Rights”

A new article posted tonight at TVGuide.com confirms that Deadshot (Michael Rowe) will indeed be back in Arrow Episode 16, titled “Dead To Rights”… yep, he’s not dead… and it also reveals something we didn’t know: the episode is penned by DC’s Geoff Johns!
