Echo Kellum is Arrow’s Mr. Terrific.

The Arrow version of the character is named Curtis Holt as opposed to the “Michael Holt” of the comics.

The news was broken by Entertainment Weekly. They describe Curtis Holt as “a technological savant and inventor who works at Palmer Technologies under the supervision of Felicity Smoak (Emily Bett Rickards).”
