Images, synopses, videos, interviews and more related to the Arrow episode The Scientist, airing December 4 on The CW Barry Allen (The Flash) On Arrow Tonight: Here’s Everything You Need

The ScientistTonight at 8PM, The CW is airing the first of two episodes of Arrow introducing a very special scientist to the world of the show – Barry Allen, the man who could someday become the Flash. Grant Gustin is taking on the iconic role.

From the moment the Barry Allen appearance was first announced this summer, this has been a highly-anticipated episode for the show. It could and hopefully will lead into a separate Flash series… a pilot starring Grant Gustin, written by Andrew Kreisberg, Greg Berlanti, and Geoff Johns, and directed by Arrow pilot director David Nutter, will be shot early next year. If it does well, it could mean we have two awesome DC Comics shows this time next year!

That’s not all we have to look forward to, though: Oliver faces off against a super-charged foe stronger than anything he’s seen before… or has he seen this before after all? Isabel Rochev is in the house! It’s a good one, we promise. (Read our article full of teasers)

Anyway, we have a lot of cool stuff to get you ready for this… an interview with Grant Gustin and the show’s producers, as well as Geoff Johnsover 20 promo images from tonight’s show… and the forum countdown thread for the episode is already open! We also have a lot of promo videos and clips.

Here’s the full guide to everything we’ve got. Enjoy the episode — and if you want to show your support for wanting a spin-off, please be sure to follow our @FlashTVNews Twitter feed also!
