Arrow “Year’s End” Extended Trailer Screencaps: Is That Roy Harper?

An extended trailer for the December 12 episode of Arrow, titled “Year’s End,” is out, and in it, you’ll see all kinds of excitement that you’d expect from a mid-season finale.

Said excitement includes a dark archer, more Malcolm Merlyn (John Barrowman), and more of the action that you’d expect from a series like this. There’s also a shot of our favorite Queen Consolidated IT person, Felicity Smoak (Emily Bett Rickards), within.

But one question comes to mind more than all others: Who is that guy that Thea is caught with? Is it possible that he is another speedy person from the Green Arrow mythos, or are we thinking too wishfully? This character certainly looks the part…
