Arrow: Trailer For Next Week’s Episode “The Fallen”

After tonight’s airing of the Arrow episode “Broken Arrow,” The CW released a trailer for the April 22 installment of the show.

The next episode is called “The Fallen,” and The CW hasn’t yet released any official photos – we’re assuming those are coming Thursday or Friday. The trailer, of course, has some spoilers within.
