Following the airing of tonight’s new Arrow episode “Who Are You?” The CW showed a trailer for next week’s episode of the series, which is titled “Second Chances.” You can expect to see it on February 1, and hey… it looks like Juliana Harkavy’s “Tina Boland” may be our new Black Canary after all!
