Arrow “Promises Kept” Preview Clip & “Inside” Video

The CW has released a preview clip for tonight’s (October 16) episode of Arrow, and the clip features an intense scene between Slade (Manu Bennett) and his son Joe (Liam Hall) as Oliver (Stephen Amell) looks on.

The episode is called “Promises Kept” and some preview images can be found underneath the clip.
