Arrow “Penance” Preview Clip

The CW has released a clip from tonight’s episode of Arrow, and it looks like Wild Dog is again not following the rules which is making the Green Arrow a grumpy man. The clip features Oliver and three of the recruits – Wild Dog, Artemis, and Mr. Terrific.
