Arrow returns tonight with a new episode called “Divided” and The CW has released a clip to promote it!

In the clip, Team Arrow discusses the notion that they are being watched. Of course they would know that if they watched every season of Person of Interest, where Cayden James told them that at the start of every episode! (Go with it.)
