Actual Arrow/Flash Spinoff Title: “Legends of Tomorrow?”

A passing reference in Variety may have confirmed the actual title for the Arrow/Flash spinoff — though again, we warn that this might be a “working title” as we have not gotten official word from the studio, who, at last contact, had said there was not an official title set yet.
An article about international TV sales mentions Legends of Tomorrow as the possible name, which is consistent with some tips we had been getting. Here’s what the piece says:
With MipTV wrapped, the focus now shifts to the L.A. Screenings in May. Big product suppliers were using MipTV to talk up L.A. Screenings bows that include, in terms of shows attracting attention for WBITVD, “Supergirl” for CBS, “Blindspot” for NBC, “Legends of Tomorrow” for CW, and also “The Curse of the Fuentes Women,” for NBC.
Again, this could be a placeholder, but between comments by David Ramsey and John Wesley Shipp at conventions referring to “Legends” and the notion that there was no known Legends of Tomorrow CW pilot we knew of before, this seems like a safe bet. Hopefully, Warner Bros. Television and The CW will give a more solid confirmation tomorrow.
The Arrow/Flash spinoff will star Brandon Routh, Caity Lotz, Wentworth Miller, Dominic Purcell, Ciara Renee, Arthur Darvill, and Victor Garber, among others. And, yes, we do have a Twitter feed set up…
