Arrow: Is This Harley Quinn In “Suicide Squad?”

A lot of people noticed some familiar pigtails in the short promo trailer for Arrow’s “Suicide Squad” episode – even though the shot was not in the extended version of the trailer that The CW gave a wider online release to.

These are the pigtails in question:

Many have speculated that this is Harley Quinn, who has herself appeared in Suicide Squad comics in DC Comics’ New 52 initiative.

There has been no official confirmation from the producers, the studio, or the network on this one, so this should still remain at the “speculation” status for now. For all we know it could just be pigtails that are just there to REMIND us of Harley, yet, not necessarily Harley. Usually, if a character this big were to show up on the show, it would be announced.
