Arrow Recruits Pacey’s Brother As Professor Ivo

Teryl Rothery isn’t the only star from Debbie Macomber’s Cedar Cove that will be recurring on Arrow in Season 2.

According to ScreenCrush, Dylan Neal — forever known to us as “Pacey’s Brother” — has apparently landed the role of Dr. Anthony Ivo, who is described as “a brutal but ruthless scientist who will stop at nothing to unearth a breakthrough that dates back to the latter days of World War II.” ScreenCrush also notes that Ivo will first appear in a four-episode story arc, with the first being the fifth episode of Season 2, which is called “League Of Assassins.”Comic book fans might know Ivo best as the creator of “Amazo.”

Like several others, this isn’t his first time in the DC Universe — he played “DA Ray Sacks” in two episodes of Smallville Season 9.

Assuming there are no breaks between now and “League Of Assassins,” we will first see the former Deputy Doug on Arrow November 6.
