Best Villain: Damien Darhk

Sometimes a villain has fun being a villain, and until bad things happened to his wife, Damien Darhk as played by Neal McDonough seemed to relish in it. He was the #1 choice among Arrow fans for Best Villain getting 42% of the vote.

The man who can break into the Arrow lair at any time, Malcolm Merlyn, came in at #2 with 13% and Lonnie Machin/Anarky was #3 with 10%.
