On Tuesday night, April 23… yup, that’s one day before the return of Arrow to our screens… Stephen is a scheduled guest for The Tonight Show with Jay Leno.

Rumor has it that Jay will send Stephen to the NBC executive suite to tell them that they have failed this city. Kidding.

This is quite cool news… a lot of actors have said before that they know they’ve arrived when appearing on Tonight.
