Report: The Clock King Will Be Striking Starling City

Today, TV Line posted news that Arrow is casting The Clock King, a.k.a. “William Tockman,” later this season.

The casting notice is looking for an actor in his 40’s or 50’s to play the character. The press release says he is a mastermind with “the mind of a chess grandmaster, and can envision all the interlocking pieces of Starling City and adjust them in favor of his crimes.”
