On Location Photo: Is The Arrow Wearing What We Think He’s Wearing?

Last week, YVR Shoots took some photos of Arrow filming on top of the Vancouver Art Gallery… and while they were there, they got a REALLY nice shot of Stephen Amell in his Arrow costume.

YVR Shoots has scoops like this often, but there might be something extra special going on here.

You see, the Black Canary does have something awesome that the Arrow doesn’t yet – a mask. Instead, he gets face paint.

But is that changing?
