Donna Smoak Is Coming Back!

TV Line this afternoon shared the news that Felicity’s mom, Donna – as played by Charlotte Ross – will be returning in the 18th episode of Arrow Season 3.

Fans really enjoyed the introduction of the character earlier this season in “The Secret Origin of Felicity Smoak.”
