Could This Be The Real Arrow Season 6 “Big Bad?”

It seems that someone is pulling Cayden James’ (Michael Emerson) strings — and it’s possible Arrow may have just cast the actress to play that person.

TV Line has revealed today that Helix and Travelers actress Kyra Zagorsky has been cast to play “Athena,” a former League of Assassins member with a Merlyn-associated agenda. Here’s how the character is described:

Bearing a scar across her face as an example of her fearlessness and determination, Athena aims to maintain the legacy of Malcolm Merlyn, her fallen commander — and thus sees anyone who was once associated with him as a potential threat.

Could this be the person who sent James a fake video from Corto Maltese? And is she possibly the character or threat that Nyssa will warn of when she returns later this season?
