Charlotte Ross To Play Felicity Smoak’s Mother On Arrow

Charlotte Ross will be playing Felicity Smoak's mother in Arrow Season 3.

We’re finally, definitively, going to meet a member of Felicity Smoak’s family.

NYPD Blue and Nashville actress Charlotte Ross has been cast as Felicity’s mother in at least one upcoming episode of Arrow, TVGuide.com revealed this morning.

We don’t know the name of Felicity’s mother yet, but we do know she was “a cocktail waitress in Vegas.” There has also not been a set announcement of when she’s showing up, but the upcoming Felicity backstory episode “Oracle” sounds like a place that might happen.
