Carrie Diaries Star To Guest On Arrow Season 3 As Thea’s New Love Interest

Almost all of the major media outlets were within minutes of each other this morning in posting that Carrie Diaries and Life Unexpected star Austin Butler will be appearing on Arrow this season as a new love interest for Thea.
He’ll make his first appearance in episode #3.7 as “a charismatic DJ whose talent and wiles catch the attention of Thea Queen.”
