Production has begun on the 13th episode of Arrow Season 3, which is written by Jake Coburn & Emilio Ortega Aldrich.

The episode is called “Canaries” and it is directed by Michael Schultz. It sounds like the episode will also feature a return appearance by Caity Lotz, likely in flashback, if this Tweet from Marc Guggenheim is any indication:
