The clip doesn’t seem to be online yet, but thanks to Mr. Video, we have screen captures from a scene that will be in the March 18 return episode of Arrow.
The episode is called “The Offer” and the scene features Oliver (Stephen Amell) and Ra’s al Ghul (Matt Nable). What are they discussing? Guess we’ll have to wait for the clip to find out!
