Arrow “The Offer” Preview Clip

We posted some screen caps a few days ago, and now, The CW has released a preview clip from tonight’s new episode of Arrow.

The episode is called “The Offer” and the clip features Stephen Amell as Oliver Queen and Matt Nable as Ra’s al Ghul.
