Arrow Season 3 Finale Production Begins Today; Title Revealed

On Twitter, Executive Producer Marc Guggenheim has revealed the title of the 23rd and final episode of Arrow Season 3, which begins today.
The title is a familiar phrase heard often on the series: “My Name Is Oliver Queen.”
The story comes from Greg Berlanti & Andrew Kreisberg and the teleplay is by Marc Guggenheim & Jake Coburn. John Behring is the director.
