Arrow Returns March 23 With “Broken Hearts” (Promo Trailer)

Get ready, everybody… we’re going to have a few weeks with no new Arrow.

The next new episode of the series is called “Broken Hearts” and it airs Wednesday, March 23. It looks like Cupid will return when Arrow does!
