Arrow: Overnight Ratings For “Public Enemy”

The initial overnight ratings for last night’s Arrow, “Public Enemy,” are in — and they’re down a little bit from last week.

The episode had 2.36 million viewers and a 0.8/2 in the demo. Final numbers can and will go up, some later today, and even more when DVR and other factors are brought in.
