Access Hollywood has revealed that Jeri Ryan (“Seven of Nine” from Star Trek: Voyager) will be guest starring as Jessica Danforth, a friend of the Queen family with political ambitions that we assume will be “The Candidate” of Arrow Episode #4.2. Whatever her ambitions may be, they get her in the crosshairs of “a menacing antagonist.”
