Andrew Kreisberg Confirms The Arrow/Flash Spinoff Is NOT Called “The Atom”

Yesterday, reports surfaced that a name for the Arrow/Flash spinoff had been picked, and that it would be called The Atom, which would be a bit strange as Ray Palmer isn’t the only character involved in the project, which also includes characters such as Martin Stein, Captain Cold, Rip Hunter, Hawkgirl, and a character played by Caity Lotz, among others.

We didn’t report on it because that seemed like an odd title, but also the original item was not really well sourced… and it’s a good thing, because Executive Producer Andrew Kreisberg has confirmed the recent reports are not true. See his Tweet below:

We’re still anxiously awaiting a title for the spinoff, so we don’t have to keep saying “Untitled Arrow/Flash Spinoff.” Hopefully, as Andrew said, news will be coming soon.
