2017 GreenArrowTV Awards: The Results Are In!

Best Villain: Adrian Chase/Prometheus

Most villains on comic book TV shows are physical threats. While Prometheus was physically intimidating, it was his psychological warfare against Oliver that stung the most. Adrian Chase was played to perfection by Josh Segarra, always several steps ahead of Oliver and company. (Cue Cisco’s joke here.) 88% of those who voted picked Adrian Chase — a rarity for Arrow fans to agree on something! — and no one else even came close.

(Note that characters including Malcolm Merlyn and Slade Wilson were not classified as villains in this year’s voting.)
