Favorite Character: Felicity Smoak

Felicity Smoak was picked as the Favorite Character for Arrow Season 3 with 55% of all votes. Although Felicity existed in the comic books, and surely will again soon, she’s mostly a new character unique to Arrow, and she’s definitely made an impact.

Oliver Queen did rank highly, though, with the #2 spot and 105 votes higher than the third-place choice, which would be Slade Wilson. Sara Lance came in fourth.
